8. International Users

Florida Hitech operates from the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country.

9. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you SMS/text messages for transactional and service purposes such as appointment reminders, booking confirmations, invoice and payment notifications, and follow-ups related to services you requested.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

We collect your phone number and SMS consent when you submit it through our forms, when booking a consultation, or when creating an account. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Significant changes will be announced on our website or by email if we have your address.
